Business History

The company began  in November of 2020 when  Jim Gray and Sandra Pearce met in Lakeside Park earlier that year with a shared desire to improve homes and home-life in the area. Between the two of them, they  have 50+ years of combined experience in home building, renovating, real estate and investing as well as being crafters in wood and fabric.

Customer Service Skills

They are a two person team using their best skills to help  customers receive the home of their dreams. Jim and Sandra  assist from design through completion of every project. Occasionally their sons will help with  larger construction projects.

Community Contributions 

On a monthly basis they organize a community event at a local restaurant along with local makers to help promote their products. It has been a wonderful opportunity to meet so many people from our community.
