We are a wellness studio, offering fitness for the mind and body. We offer a variety of fitness classes, reaching all ages and fitness levels. Several types of yoga and meditation classes. Many different series, ie a learn to run groups etc. Please see Website for a full schedule.

Business History

Balanced Fitness was established here in town as a brick and mortor business in 2021. In 2015 my business was started as an in home trainer, where I would train clients in their homes. Also through the warmer months we would hold our group classes outdoors.

Staff and Customer Service 

All of the staff at Balanced Fitness are inclusive, kind and caring. We want the best experience for our clients, with that is the feeling of community. It is important that all of our clients have a feeling of comfort and connection without judgement when they visit our studio.
