My name is Natalie Harding. I am the owner and operator of Raven at Dawn.
Raven at Dawn offers alternative & holistic products and practices that enhance energy through Reiki, essential oils and crystals.
Reiki has been a part of my self-care routine for many years; providing me with immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation. As my passion for Reiki grew, I invested in learning more so I too can support and educate others who are interested in the wonderful benefits. I became a Reiki Master in April 2022.
Essential oils came into my life years ago when I was purchasing them because they smelled nice. It wasn’t until I experienced infertility that I started to understand their vast benefits. I decided to go toxic and chemical free, from my cleaning regiments to my medicine cabinet. It was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellness. Essential oils have provided me with support in managing my emotions, reducing my stress, regulating my menstrual cycle, enhancing my mediative practices and the list goes on.
I have always been drawn to rocks. Searching for stones and gems everywhere I went, from trips across the country, to Yellowstone National Park and mostly at the local beaches. My first crystal was a Clear Quartz: harmonizes all the Chakras and brings the body into balance; a perfect crystal to start with! As my Reiki journey grew so did has my crystal collection.
Being able to combine my love for Reiki, essential oils and crystals into one practice is a blessing. I am also a certified Raindrop therapy practitioner. This practice provides similar benefits of Reiki including reducing pain and inflammation.
I have a love of learning and I’m excited to share my journey as I grow my business!
